Installed this by the front door last weekend and the handcrafted finish really shows up close, catching the light nicely against the brick. The brass feels like it’ll hold up through a few British winters without tarnishing badly, which is exactly what I wanted.

The brass has a lovely weight to it, and you can tell it’s properly handcrafted just from the smooth finish. We’ve had it up for two weeks now and the way it catches the evening light by the front door is exactly the timeless look we were after.
