The hand-painted finish catches the light beautifully, and you can tell it’s properly made in England from the weight of it. It’s softened our whole living room without being fussy, and the size is just right for above the sideboard.

Wired it above our kitchen island last weekend and the light it casts is exactly the warm, soft glow I was hoping for. The handmade feel is obvious up close, and it’s somehow both classic and modern at the same time.

I was a little worried the matte black finish might look cheap, but it's actually got a nice, subtle texture that catches the light. Installed it over my kitchen island and the glow is warm without being too harsh.
